What if I want to cancel a purchase?

You have 72 hours to cancel your purchase. Your refund for the cancelation will be the initial purchase amount minus the transaction fees taken by the payment processor

What if I want to return a purchase?

You have 14 days to return the purchase after it arrives. If you’re returning your purchase do to it arriving in a non-working condition your refund will be the original purchase amount minus the transaction fees taken at the original payment. If you are returning the computer because the computer is not what you expected it to be than your refund will be the original purchase amount minus the shipping charge and the transaction fees taken at the original payment.

How does the warranty work?

The standard warranty for PC builds sold from Eitan Zev Computers LLC is a 1 year limited warranty on parts and labor. If you purchase the warranty and decide to refund the computer your refund will not include the price of the warranty. The warranty does not cover any hardware or software additions/modifications done by the customer. Warranty exclusions are listed below

• Issues caused by user error

• Software related issues (outside of the original software that was installed by EZ Computers)

• Modifications made to the system by the customer, to include but not limited to the following:

  • Replacing Components

  • Overclocking

  • Undervolting

  • BIOS Updating

  • Software Installation

• Peripherals or external accessories

• Data loss or recovery

The warranty and remedies set forth below are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied.
