Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently we have free shipping to the continental USA and paid shipping to Canada (approximately $67.53 CAN).
Q: How long does a computer take to ship?
A: It takes us 2-4 weeks. The computers a built to order meaning when you order the computer we contact or suppliers and to get the materials to build it for you.
Q: Why are the prices so cheap?
A: We repurpose older office computers thats are being thrown away from IT, Businesses, Government, and Schools to be able to play games and run demanding programs
Q: What is the refund and cancelation policy?
A: You can refund the computer within 30 days of receiving the computer. You have until the end of day to cancel the computer before the order is fully processed, but you will incur a fee for cancelation (fee varies between computers)
Q: What does the warranty cover?
A: Our warranty covers any failures not caused by the customer. If any part of the computer fails within the warranty coverage time than we will happily cover it. We can either send you the parts and instruct you to fix it on your own (quick method) or you can send the computer back and we will fix it for you (slower method)
Q: Can it run (insert game here)?
A: We have links to gameplay on each of our product listings. If the game your looking for isn’t in the video just email us and we’ll find out for you!
Q: Can I modify the computers?
A: Yes you can modify them, but they are different than custom computers. Please do your research before modifying anything and voiding your warranty and the ability to return and
